1-Year Limited Warranty
Fitdom products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, beginning from the date the product is received by the original purchaser.
If you experience a problem with your Fitdom product that you believe may be caused by a manufacturing or material defect, please contact us. Our team will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
We take pride in creating functional, durable products that offer strong value for coaches, athletes, teams, and families. However, no bag or piece of equipment is indestructible, and normal wear from regular use is not considered a manufacturing defect.
What Is Not Covered
Our limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear — including scratches, scuffs, stains, fading, worn fabric, worn mesh, cosmetic damage, or the gradual deterioration of materials, zippers, straps, handles, or other components through regular use.
- Cuts or punctures — including damage caused while opening product packaging with scissors, knives, box cutters, or other sharp objects.
- Abrasion or friction — including fabric or mesh damage caused by dragging, rubbing against rough surfaces, or repeated friction during use.
- Misuse or excessive force — including overloading, overstuffing, pulling excessively on zippers or straps, or using the product in a manner for which it was not designed.
- Accidents or negligence — including damage caused by improper handling, storage, maintenance, or other accidental circumstances.
- Extreme conditions — including damage resulting from prolonged exposure to extreme heat, cold, moisture, chemicals, or other conditions that may adversely affect the product's materials.
- Transportation or carrier damage — including damage caused by airlines, shipping carriers, baggage handlers, or other third-party transportation services. Claims involving transportation damage should generally be submitted directly to the responsible carrier.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs — including damage resulting from alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by the customer or a third party.
Replacement Parts & Repairs
Fitdom does not currently offer a product repair service.
For certain products, limited replacement components such as straps, buckles, zipper pulls, or other removable parts may be available.
Please contact Fitdom Customer Support with your product information and a description of the part you need. Availability of replacement parts is not guaranteed and may vary by product.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your Fitdom product qualifies for warranty coverage, please contact Fitdom Customer Support through the contact information provided on Fitdom.com.
To help us review your claim, please provide:
- Your name and contact information
- Your order number or other proof of purchase
- The product name or model, if known
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the product and the affected area
We may request additional information or photographs when necessary to evaluate your claim.
Approved Warranty Claims
If your claim is approved, Fitdom may, at its discretion, provide a replacement product, replacement component, or other appropriate resolution.
If the original product, model, size, or color is no longer available, Fitdom may offer a comparable replacement product when appropriate.
Warranty replacements are subject to product availability.
Fitdom does not guarantee that an identical replacement will always be available.
Warranty Limitations
This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper care, unauthorized modifications, or other damage unrelated to a defect in materials or workmanship.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fitdom's responsibility under this limited warranty is limited to the remedies described above.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction.
